Our Story

From Cody Headrick, Owner

A long time ago, my aunt and uncle took me into a little place called The Spot in downtown Cleveland—and that's when I fell in love with restaurants. The sounds, the smells, the energy of it all just stuck with me. From that moment on, I knew I wanted a place of my own one day.

About 14 years ago, I got my first shot at that dream when I started working at Café Roma. I was lucky enough to work with an incredibly talented crew who taught me more than I could've imagined. I started out in the dish pit, worked my way through salads, the grill, sauté, and eventually became kitchen manager. Those years at Roma were priceless, and I'll forever be thankful for the experiences, the lessons, and—most importantly—the people who helped shape me into who I am today.

Now, I'm beyond excited to share that I've been given the opportunity to open my very own restaurant! We'll be serving gourmet hamburgers (the kind that require two hands and maybe a few extra napkins) along with a wide variety of other dishes—even some seafood to keep things interesting.

We'll be opening in downtown Cleveland, in the space where The Catch used to be. I can't wait to welcome you, your family, and the whole community in to share this new chapter with us.
